Top Ten Christmas Books for Kids

There are a lot of really gorgeous Christmas books out there for kids and we have a stack of them here under the tree so I thought I’d put together a list of our ten favourites. Hopefully this list helps you chose a special book for the holidays or some good choices for the book advent calendar.

1. The Twelve Days of Christmas, Trace Moroney.

I’ve linked them all up to online bookshops where they available and the best price I could see at time of writing.

Happy reading and Merry Christmas!

Need a Christmas card photo? The Christmas ArtVo Pop Up has you covered! We checked out the eight fresh new walls at Crown today just as the paint dried, that’s right, these are all hand painted works. They have been done by the talented artists behind ArtVo Melbourne.

There is one wall by the epic Christmas Tree in the atrium and the rest are scattered around on level one, near the cinema.

It’s free to visit the walls and take some fun shots and they are open all the time.

It’s a good idea to visit the Crown Christmas Show while you’re there too. The show runs on the half hour daily from 10am to midnight. It happens where the giant baubles are in the atrium.

All of the Christmas fun is fully accessible. Crown is a short walk from Flinders Street Station and there are trams stopping out front. There is also a car park for those who prefer their own wheels.
