NGV launched their new kid's space today- Who Lives Here? By Australian Artist Fiona Hall.
The space is divided into two rooms- a darker room aimed at older kids and brighter room from the little ones. Both rooms explore ideas around environment.
The little kids are invited to take paper that has all sorts of different photos and patterns printed on it and create a habitat and animal with the scissors, glue and pencils provided. Next door the older kids are working on an environmental message with the option of using emoji in their work as well.
Completed artworks are hung in the tree house frames that fill both rooms.
Who Lives Here? is open daily 10am-5pm at NGV International on St Kinda Road.
Entry is free.
While at the gallery check out the car wash installation out the back or visit the Van Gogh Exhibition that will be opening on April 28th.
